Teen Art Camp! 7 – 10 July, 3-6 pm (ages 13-18)

‘Oil, Mosaic and Manga’ (Ages 13-18)

Students will have the option of three streams: drawing & painting. drawing and printmaking, or drawing and mosaic.

Printmakers will create a set of four prints, as linocuts, etchings or mono-prints.

Painters will be given an introduction to oil and acrylic painting, looking at a variety of subjects.

Mosaicists will create an original mosaic using a variety of found and cut materials.

The week will include:

• observational drawing
• oil and acrylic painting
• mosaic
• printmaking

To bring:

• sketchbook and pencils
• old clothes / apron (ink can be messy!)

The ‘Paint, Print and Mosaic!’ art camp has been designed as an enjoyable week of imaginative learning; students create their own drawings, prints, paintings and mosaics whilst learning about great artists of the past. The art camp is suitable for ages 13-18.
